Job Summary
Auxiliar de Atendimento Logístico (Green Angel Division) is responsible for providing external customer support at points of sale, initializing and enabling use of payment terminals, managing inventory, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining safety and traffic compliance during activation activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Attend customers at their point of sale (in city and surrounding region).
* Assist customers in setup and troubleshooting of devices.
* Manage inventory at the local hub: receive assets, reverse logistics, triage equipment, and conduct periodic inventories.
* Ensure compliance with traffic and safety rules during activation activities.
Required Qualifications
* CNH A or AB (Moto) active for at least 2 years.
* Less than 10 points on CNH in the last 12 months.
* High school (Motoboys) completed.
Preferred Qualifications
* Technical or university degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
* Experience in customer service.
* Experience in logistics operations.
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Working Hours
CLT: 44 hours per week, minimum one hour daily break, shift schedule 6x1 (Mon‑Sat).
