Senior Enterprise Account Manager – TMEGS
Join AWS Global Sales (AGS) as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager specializing in the Telco, Media, Entertainment, Games and Sports sector. In this role, you will own a portfolio of high-impact TMEGS accounts, driving significant revenue growth, deepening cloud and AI adoption, and shaping go-to-market strategy across Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, Gaming, and Sports customers in Brazil.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive adoption across a portfolio of the most strategic TMEGS accounts to meet or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
* Develop and execute a multi-year strategic account plan that creates and maintains a robust sales pipeline, including expansion of existing accounts and acquisition of net-new strategic customers within the TMEGS vertical.
* Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts with strategic depth, building multi-threaded executive relationships and positioning AWS as a long-term strategic partner; develop and maintain deep relationships with key executive stakeholders as the primary point of contact for AWS within the account.
* Create and articulate compelling, C-level value propositions around AWS tailored to TMEGS use cases—including network modernization, streaming/OTT, gaming infrastructure, betting platforms, content delivery, and AI/ML-driven transformation.
* Leverage data-driven insights and sales/metrics analysis to evolve account strategy, identify whitespace opportunities, and inform territory planning.
* Accelerate customer adoption through executive engagement, thought leadership, and strategic education.
* Lead and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Solutions Architects, Specialists, Partners, Professional Services) to deliver integrated, high-impact solutions; serve as a trusted advisor to customer executives, influencing their technology roadmaps and identifying transformational use cases aligned to their TMEGS context.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, contributing to team development and sharing best practices across the organization.
Basic Qualifications
* 8+ years of direct sales or business development in software, cloud or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
* 8+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience.
* Proven track record of managing complex, strategic accounts in the Telco, Media, Entertainment, Games and Sports market, with deep knowledge of industry use cases and solutions.
* Demonstrated success building and maintaining C-level and VP-level executive relationships and selling transformational solutions, with a consistent background of exceeding revenue targets.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex, multi-workload cloud engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience developing and executing comprehensive, multi-year go-to-market and account strategies.
* MBA or relevant advanced technical degree.
* Professional certifications in cloud technologies or Telco and Media.
* Experience promoting the customer adoption of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions and use cases within the TMEGS sector.
* Demonstrated thought leadership in the TMEGS industry (e.g., speaking engagements, published content, industry recognition).
