International Sales Manager – Kortrijk, Belgium
Specialising in Sales of MES systems to B2B customers in the global growth markets of textiles and plastics.
Responsibilities
Sell MES-systems to medium and large enterprises worldwide.
Speak to strategic decision makers (owners, general management, IT, production management).
Collaborate with sales agents, research market potential, select quality partners, evaluate partner activities and visit prospects.
Prepare offers, launch marketing campaigns and make presentations.
Participate in national and international fairs.
Advise customers and convince them that BMS is the ideal partner for their Industry 4.0 strategy.
Qualifications
Technical or technical/economic Master’s degree or equivalent experience; strong affinity with software‑driven solutions.
≈10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the manufacturing industry with success positioning MES‑related software.
Proven track record in complex, project‑driven sales environments with longer sales cycles.
Willingness to travel internationally frequently and openness to other cultures.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, German, Italian are a strong asset.
Continuous learning mindset, enjoyment of negotiating, building long‑term relationships and taking ownership.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self‑management skills within a collaborative corporate culture where pragmatism, intrapreneurship and responsibility truly matter.
