Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex technical projects in an international environment?
We're partnering with a well-established industrial engineering organisation that designs and delivers large-scale cooling and process solutions for customers across Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary projects from concept through to installation and commissioning.
The Opportunity
As Project Manager, you will take full ownership of technical projects, managing all phases from engineering and manufacturing through to site installation, commissioning and client handover.
Working closely with engineering, production, quality and external partners, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage industrial projects from initiation to completion
* Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets and scope
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing and quality departments
* Manage suppliers, contractors and installation partners
* Ensure compliance with technical specifications, quality requirements and safety standards
* Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle
* Organise and oversee factory acceptance testing (FAT) and witness testing activities
* Coordinate installation, commissioning and start-up activities on customer sites
* Maintain regular client communication and provide project progress updates
* Support customer training and final project handover processes
About You
You will bring:
* A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline
* Approximately 5+ years of project management experience within a technical or industrial environment
* Experience in sectors such as HVAC, industrial installations, manufacturing, process engineering or similar
* Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience using project planning tools such as MS Project or equivalent
* Fluency in Dutch and English (Dutch nice to have)
* Additional language skills (French, Spanish or Italian) would be advantageous
