Job ResponsibilitiesFacilitate the implementation and support of SAP EWM.Perform in-depth analysis of business processes and system requirements, identifying, interpreting, validating, and documenting customer needs.Lead workshops to gather business requirements and map them to system functionality.Design, customise, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions.Identify gaps and propose workarounds or system enhancements.Act as a liaison with clients to troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system issues.Manage changes and emergency transports for high-priority issues.Document functional designs, test cases, and results.Provide consulting services for both new implementations and ongoing support projects.Mentor junior team members and provide ad-hoc training and user support.Must Have SkillsAt least 10 years of experience.Strong expertise in SAP EWM implementation, configuration, and support.Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes and ability to translate requirements into system solutions.Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops.Ability to design, customise, configure, and test SAP EWM solutions.Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify gaps and propose workarounds or enhancements.Experience in incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and system issue resolution.Strong documentation skills for functional specifications, test cases, and test results.Ability to work in both project and support environments.Experience in mentoring junior consultants and supporting end users.Nice to haveExcellent interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.Result‑oriented, structured, and organised.
