As a
Talent Partner
, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership teams, playing a critical role in enabling organizational effectiveness and culture across the business. You will bring a deep understanding of talent, leadership, and organizational development to influence key business decisions and ensure that people strategies are aligned with the company's vision and priorities.
In this role, you will:
* Partner directly with manufacturing leadership to shape talent priorities, support organizational design initiatives, and build leadership capabilities.
* Lead and facilitate talent review processes, succession planning, team development sessions, and leadership coaching.
* Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning, Total Rewards & Operations, and other HR Centers of Expertise to implement comprehensive talent development and reward strategies.
* Guide managers through the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and career development.
* Support change management, cultural consistency, and engagement initiatives across the organization.
* Ensure effective collaboration with unions and provide guidance on key HR matters within Belgium's legislative and social dialogue context.
* Contribute to global and regional HR projects by sharing insights from the business and ensuring seamless implementation.
