At Astek we are looking for an IT Project & Product Manager to join a dynamic and innovative environment within the energy sector, supporting real-time operations, renewable energy activities, and data-driven transformation.
You will act as a key link between business teams and IT development, ensuring that digital solutions are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with a strong end-to-end product vision.
💪 Main responsibilities:
* Collect, analyze, and document business requirements
* Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
* Coordinate Agile development cycles (sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews)
* Manage product backlog in collaboration with business stakeholders
* Lead medium and long-term IT projects end-to-end
* Coordinate testing, UAT, and deployments across environments
* Monitor incidents, prioritize issues, and ensure timely resolution
* Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and support teams
* Promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices
👀 Who are you?
* 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role
* Strong experience working in Agile environments
* Solid understanding of software architectures, APIs, data flows, and CI/CD
* Experience with tools such as JIRA
* Interest in energy markets and digital innovation within the sector
* Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
