What does a Site Manager do?
* Coordinate day-to-day site operations, ensuring tasks are organized and carried out efficiently
* Lead and support both internal teams and subcontractors on-site
* Keep a close watch on timelines, safety standards, quality, and overall progress
* Arrange and track materials in a timely manner while staying within budget
* Collaborate closely with the project manager to deliver successful outcomes
* Step in on-site whenever needed with a hands-on approach
Functie-eisen
Profile of a Strong Site Manager
* Bachelor’s degree in construction or equivalent practical experience
* Several years of experience xphnsxz in a similar role (site manager, construction coordinator, foreman, etc.) is a plus
* You are fluent in English and have a good command of Dutch
* Strong technical and spatial insight, combined with solid planning skills
* Structured, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
* Valid category B driving licence and flexibility to travel
