The senior consultant will join a growing team of policy experts working with high-profile clients from the industry on topics related to defence, space and aviation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pReporting to the company’s management, this senior position will concentrate on leading client-related advocacy and engagement activities, contributing to clients’ advocacy strategy definition and execution, and supporting business development efforts. The Senior Consultant will be part of a team responsible for the quality delivery, growth and expansion of products and services within the corporate association client portfolio assigned. You will be an integral member of the account management team. /p h3Your Day-to-Day tasks /h3 ul liSpecial focus on defence and space policy: ul liLeading client work-streams and overseeing more junior colleagues /li liDrafting policy briefings and public affairs strategy documents /li liImplementing client strategies and directly liaising with clients /li liBuilding and managing a network of contacts with relevance to the defence and space domains /li liAttending key policy events and gathering insights /li liContributing to the two flagship conferences: European Space Conference and European Defence and Security Conference (e.g. partnership management, programme development, facilitate high-level engagement, etc.) /li /ul /li liContribute to client meetings and project management; /li liConduct research on various topics and analyse the impact on clients’ business; /li liIntelligence gathering, monitoring, policy and position paper drafting, etc.; /li liSupport business development and marketing strategy; /li liWorking closely with communication colleagues on delivering policy events; /li /ul h3The successful candidate /h3 ul liHas b4-5 years /b of relevant experience, previous consultancy experience a distinct advantage /li liHas excellent writing and oral communication in English (native or equivalent).
