Based in private equity firm, you'll gain hands‑on experience working with one of Europe’s leading B2B SaaS and technology investors, supporting deal flow processes and portfolio company operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist partners and investment team members throughout deal flow processes, from initial screening to negotiations with potential portfolio companies /li liConduct valuation analysis and comprehensive assessment of potential investment opportunities /li liPerform detailed market, industry, and technology research and analysis /li liProactively research market and industry trends to identify high‑quality private equity opportunities and management teams /li liProvide operational support to portfolio companies across online marketing, business development, and sales initiatives /li liPrepare investment proposals and presentations for both internal decision‑making and external stakeholder communications /li /ul h3Skills Experience /h3 ul liCurrently enrolled in a university program in finance, business, or engineering /li liStrong understanding of digital business models combined with analytical skills for data‑driven evaluation /li liPrevious experience in private equity, growth equity, high‑growth startups, investment banking, or strategy consulting environments /li liCollaborative team player with ability to contribute positively to work environment /li liFluency in Dutch and/or French with excellent English communication skills /li liStrong interpersonal and digital communication abilities /li liAbility to work from private equity firm office 3-4 days per week /li /ul h3Why This Role Stands Out /h3 pThis internship offers direct exposure to European B2B SaaS and technology investments with a leading private equity firm.
