Function
As Customer Service & Distribution Manager, you play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers around the world. You are the guardian of smooth service, efficient logistics, and an impeccable customer experience.
What you will achieve
Deliver outstanding customer service
* Lead the full execution of customer orders: on-time delivery, accuracy, and high-quality information
* Organize transport planning and all related documentation
* Monitor customer requests and ensure fast and proactive problem-solving
Optimize and digitalize our Supply Chain processes
* Develop customer-oriented standards, tools, and collaboration processes (SAP, segmentation, etc.)
* Continuously improve performance through relevant KPIs
* Analyze and resolve discrepancies (pricing, invoicing, returns…)
Be the conductor of distribution operations
* Define an optimal stock deployment strategy
* Plan and manage shipments, returns, and transfers
* Ensure regulatory and customs compliance (traceability, export, AEO…)
* Handle logistics complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions
Collaborate and represent Lutosa
* Work hand in hand with Sales teams, Supply Chain entities, and customers
* Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders (Chamber of Commerce, AFSCA…)
* Represent the Lutosa Supply Chain to strategic accounts
* Deploy a short-, mid-, and long-term strategic vision
Leadership & People First
* Organize and develop the Customer Service & Distribution team
* Foster skills development, engagement, and collective performance
* Promote operational excellence in the customer experience

* Actively contribute to a strong safety culture and prevention initiatives

Profile
Education & Expertise
* You hold a higher education degree
* You have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an international Supply Chain / Customer Service environment
Your superpowers
* Strong analytical mindset and flawless execution
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Outstanding communication and effective negotiation skills
* Natural leadership and a genuine desire to grow a team
* Customer-centric approach and a strong collaborative spirit
Technical skills
* Comfortable with ERP systems, ideally SAP
* Solid knowledge of export, customs regulations, and transport documentation
