Location: Merelbeke Reports to: Business Manager Personal Care Your mission As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customers within your industry segment. This is an inside sales role where you build strong relationships through digital channels and drive commercial growth. You combine commercial acumen with analytical insights and digital tools to deliver excellent customer value. What will you do? ✅ Customer & Principal relationship management & sales growth Grow, build and maintain customer and principal relationships via phone and online tools Understand customer (technical) needs and identify commercial opportunities Develop new accounts in line with business growth strategy ✅ Commercial follow-up Negotiate prices and volumes Achieve annual sales targets Ensure pricing data is accurate and up to date in CRM ✅ Digital customer engagement Use CRM (Dynamics 365) and integrated Microsoft tools daily Promote the use of Customer Portal and e-Lab Deliver a best-in-class digital customer experience ✅ Data & analysis Gather and analyze market, product and competitor information Translate insights into actionable business strategies ✅ Administration & control Maintain accurate customer and product data in CRM Monitor payment terms and financial risks Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, technical, SHEQ, …) ✅ Sustainability & optimization Contribute to sustainability initiatives and KPIs Continuously improve processes and ways of working Who are you? ✔ Technical bachelor’s degree (preferably in Chemistry) ✔ Around 3 years of experience in a commercial role ✔ Digitally savvy (CRM Dynamics 365, Microsoft tools, customer platforms) ✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills ✔ Analytical mindset with a commercial drive ✔ Good negotiation and presentation skills ✔ Fluent in Dutch and English ✔ Able to work under pressure and manage priorities Why join us Azelis offers a dynamic and international working environment where individuals are empowered to grow, contribute, and make a real impact.
