* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake meetings with hiring managers to candidate onboarding
* Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
* Draft and publish job advertisements on relevant recruitment channels
* Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct search
* Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews
* Assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices
* Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the retail sector
* Strong understanding of retail profiles
* Hands-on experience with proactive sourcing and high-volume recruitment
* Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
* Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
* Results-driven mindset with a strong customer service orientation
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Fluent Dutch is mandatory
* Good command of French and/or English
* Comfortable working with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
