Responsibilities
* Consult to clients and internal stakeholders to provide solutions covering product adoption, strategy, and optimizations linking marketing objectives to business goals.
* Combine product developments, market landscape and competitor activities to give clients, agencies, and internal teams a holistic view of strategic next steps.
* Drive and facilitate the adoption of Pixels, MMPs and APIs where applicable.
* Build Test & Learn plans using Measurement solutions (BLS, CLS, Ad Effectiveness, etc.) across full‑funnel solutions.
* Create narratives, workshops, and business reviews to educate and upskill clients in charting the path forward.
* Manage campaign setup checks, performance monitoring and optimization suggestions for every client.
* Sense‑check and challenge media plans, providing suggestions to set clients up for success.
* Manage and grow post‑sale relationships with brands and agency teams, steering account growth and success.
* Own conversations around Always On and Performance objectives to support Brand Partnerships in revenue attainment.
* Gather, analyze and present data with insights and actionable next steps in post‑campaign reporting or account audits.
* Prioritize tasks by urgency and impact aligned with Brand Partnerships Managers.
* Build trusting relationships and robust communication with internal teams and external client & agency teams to sustain account growth.
* Understand scope of cross‑functional teams and appropriate points of contact.
* Push through product adoption, programs and packages aligned with company or market priorities.
* Share client/market/vertical learnings across Client Solutions Teams and beyond via case studies or other sharings.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in account management / client services roles in Apps/Leads.
* High written and oral proficiency in Portuguese and English.
* Experience operating and managing performance campaigns.
* Experience managing performance advertisers with deep understanding of their challenges.
* Proficient in campaign management, setting up and optimization.
* Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance.
* Understanding of measurement tools like MMP, pixel implementation and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
* Proactive attitude with excellent data analytical skills in Excel / PowerPoint.
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
* Willingness to take frequent business trips across LATAM regions.
