You will play a key role in strengthening market presence, expanding customer portfolios, and aligning sales strategies across regions. Acting as a bridge between Sales, Customer Service, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure a consistent and high‑quality customer experience. This role requires a strong commercial leader with a strategic mindset, capable of driving performance while developing and coaching high‑performing sales teams. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Strategic Account Management Business Development /h3ulliDrive the commercial development of National and European Accounts through proactive market prospecting. /liliBuild and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with key clients and distributors across all segments. /liliLead complex negotiations, ensuring sustainable and win‑win partnerships. /liliRepresent the company at an international level and promote the full product portfolio. /li /ulh3Commercial Excellence Market Intelligence /h3ulliMaintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and technological developments. /liliIdentify new business opportunities and anticipate market evolutions. /liliShare insights and strategic recommendations with senior leadership. /li /ulh3Cross‑Functional Collaboration Customer Experience /h3ulliWork closely with Customer Service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. /liliAlign internal stakeholders on key projects, pricing strategies, and large‑scale opportunities. /liliEnsure consistency between National and European Account strategies. /li /ulh3Leadership Team Management /h3ulliLead and coach a team of Account Managers and Sales professionals. /liliDrive performance through clear objectives, structured follow‑up, and coaching. /liliFoster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team. /liliContribute to the development and execution of the sales budget in alignment with leadership. /li /ulh3Representation Market Visibility /h3ulliRepresent the company at trade fairs and industry events. /liliStrengthen brand visibility and develop new business relationships across markets. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3h3Education /h3ulliBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), ideally in Engineering (Electrical and/or Mechanical). /li /ulh3Languages /h3ulliFluent in Dutch, English, French. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum 10 years of experience in a similar commercial leadership role within an industrial environment. /liliStrong network within the relevant industry. /liliExperience in structured, process‑driven environments (e.g. lean or business systems) is a plus. /li /ulh3Key Competencies /h3ulliStrategic sales leadership key account management. /liliStrong negotiation and relationship‑building skills. /liliMarket awareness business acumen. /liliCross‑functional collaboration. /liliTeam leadership and coaching. /liliResults‑driven with a hands‑on mindset. /li /ulh3What to Expect /h3h3Within 3 months /h3ulliComplete onboarding and gain a deep understanding of the organization, products, and strategy. /liliBuild initial internal and external relationships. /liliIdentify key opportunities within your market scope. /li /ulh3Within 6 months /h3ulliStrengthen and optimize the client portfolio. /liliDrive collaboration across teams and regions. /liliIdentify and implement improvements in customer engagement and sales processes. /li /ulh3Within 12 months /h3ulliEstablish yourself as a key market reference and strategic leader. /liliBuild a high‑performing, aligned, and engaged sales team. /liliDrive sustainable growth and expand market presence across regions. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
