In this role, you will play a key part in supporting project teams by ensuring the security and clarity of their contractual commitments. You’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to foster long-term collaborations and execute projects with confidence and transparency

* re.Assist teams in understanding and applying contractual clauses, SLAs, and amendmen
* ts.Support the tender team in assessing contractual risks related to planning, technical, and financial aspects, and prepare materials for risk selection committe
* es.Advise project managers on contractual management with clients, consortiums, subcontractors, and supplie
* rs.Coordinate negotiations and compile claim files in collaboration with the legal departme
* nt.Identify, prioritize, and track contractual risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation or commercial optimization strategi
