We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our growing product organization as we build our future of Digital Portals Experience. This is an opportunity to join a cross-functional feature team within a structure inspired by Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)
.In this role, you'll work hands-on to ensure quality is built in, not bolted on, focusing on test automation and lightweight frameworks that teams can share. LeSS emphasizes shared responsibility for outcomes across teams, so you won't be a traditional "gatekeeper"—instead, you'll help developers and designers think test-first, establish good practices together, and shape the patterns that allow quality to scale without silos
