Solution Sales - SAP
This is a commercially focused role at the heart of our Solution Sales – SAP platform growth strategy in Belgium. As a Solution Sales professional for SAP Platform, you’ll play a key role in expanding our footprint across Brussels and Flanders
This role is ideal for someone who naturally connects people, spots opportunities early, and thrives in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment. You’ll combine your passion for SAP technologies with deep local market insight to build trusted partnerships and drive sustainable growth.
Working closely with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams, you’ll represent our client in the market, positioning us as a leading SAP partner while shaping solutions that deliver real business value.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Drive SAP sales growth
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the SAP market, with a strong emphasis on SAP BTP.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in your network.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans with your team.
* Stay up to date on industry trends and SAP solutions, offering valuable insights to clients.
* Collaborate with technical experts to deliver transformative solutions that empower clients to achieve their business goals and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Build relationships and market presence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across a variety of industries
* Leverage your local market knowledge and network to create meaningful, long-term partnerships.
* Represent our client in the market by attending events, nurturing your network, and strengthening our brand as a trusted SAP partner.
Collaborate and deliver value
* Work closely with pre-sales and delivery experts to shape tailored, client-centric solutions.
* Build and maintain strong internal relationships to support cross-functional collaboration, sharing opportunities, insights, and referrals that contribute to collective success
* Translate client needs into compelling value propositions that align technology with business outcomes.
* Take ownership of opportunities from initial engagement through to successful handover.
* Mentor junior sales professionals within your team
S THERE A MATCH?

* Have several years of experience in solution sales
* Love building new connections and expanding your network
* Get energy from hunting new business opportunities and closing deals
* Know the SAP ecosystem and have some familiarity with SAP BTP
* Speak English & Dutch fluently (French is a plus)
