Pharma MSAT Quality Lead

We're looking for a Pharma MSAT Quality Lead to join a fast-growing, cross-functional Quality team based in Belgium (hybrid model). This is a project-driven mission with strong extension potential, embedded in a dynamic environment at the intersection of technology transfer, process validation, and supply chain quality.
Your Responsibilities
As the future new MSAT QA Leader, you will:
* Lead and support technology transfer projects (process and/or analytical scope) across Drug Substance, Drug Product, and Packaging — from internal and external manufacturing sites
* Act as second-line expert for complex, cross-site quality troubleshooting and investigations
* Provide senior QA expertise during CAPA definition, deviation management, and complex quality events
* Ensure quality oversight throughout process validation activities and continuous process verification (CPV)
* Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, CMC Development, Industrialization, Global Quality, and other key stakeholders
* Monitor project timelines and deliverables in a highly cross-functional, international setting
* Contribute to adjacent quality activities during peak workload periods — including quality agreement preparation and vendor-related QA support.
Your profile
* You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical quality — a senior, autonomous profile is expected
* You have a solid experience in technology transfer in a QA context (process and/or analytical)
* And strong operational QA background with the ability to understand and challenge technical content
* You have proven experience in complex investigations, deviation management, and CAPA processes
* You are fluent in English; French is a nice-to-have, not a requirement
* You feel comfortable working independently in a cross-functional, international environment
* An experience in biologics or exposure to multiple formulation types (DS, DP, packaging) is a plus.
