Job Description
This is a full-time assignment for IT project management at the Senior Project Manager level. The main purpose of this mission is to take charge of the "hands on" and autonomous management of infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Take complete ownership of the IT project lifecycle management.
* Lead communication with internal and external clients, defining project structures, and approach plans (scenarios, timings, budget, etc.).
* Manage and ensure the "hands on" follow-up of project execution (detailed schedule calculation, regular monitoring of deadlines, budget, and quality).
* Report project progress and any encountered issues, facilitating clear communication between all parties involved.
* Stimulate, coordinate, motivate, and support the employees involved in the project using coaching and negotiation skills.
Profile & Requirements
* Education: Academic degree or equivalent through experience.
* Experience: Relevant professional experience in managing and monitoring IT infrastructure projects in the operational process, ideally in a Gcloud environment for social security or healthcare.
* Tools & Frameworks: Proficient in Jira, Confluence, ITIL, and Prince2 methodologies.
