As a Manufacturing/Methods Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:Define Manufacturing and Assembly Methods:Analyze product designs and specifications to select appropriate processes, equipment, and tooling. Develop manufacturing routings, work instructions, and technical documentation (e.G., bills of materials, assembly guidelines).Industrialize New or Modified Products:Support prototype and pre-series phases, ensuring a seamless transition from engineering to full-scale production. Validate processes to meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.Optimize Existing Processes:Identify inefficiencies (waste, time losses, material issues) and apply Lean/Kaizen/5S methodologies. Contribute to cost-reduction and lead-time optimization initiatives.Provide Technical Support to Production:Troubleshoot manufacturing issues, participate in non-conformance analyses, and implement corrective actions. Train operators and production teams on new methods, tools, or equipment.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with quality, design, logistics, and production teams to deploy new machinery, tools, or process improvements. Ensure alignment between technical requirements and operational execution.QualificationsEngineering degree or equivalent qualification.First experience in manufacturing methods/industrialization engineering; experience in process engineering is a plus.Fluency in French (mandatory) and English (B2 level or higher).Strong analytical mindset, rigor, and hands-on problem-solving in production environments.Eligibility: Business France’s V.I.E. program.
