We are seeking an experienced Crisis Manager to join our organization in a supply chain - warehouse context. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of restoring order, safety, and compliance within an organization during situations of disruption, non-compliance, or acute operational problems.
This role requires rapid intervention, structural improvement, and ensuring continuity. The successful candidate will be able to analyze complex situations, identify areas for improvement, and develop effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Crisis analysis & problem diagnosis: Identify violations, risks, and causes of non-compliance, perform risk analyses and impact assessments, and report findings to management or MT.
Enforcement: Enforce existing rules, safety regulations, and procedures, implement immediate measures to prevent escalation, provide guidance to supervisors and operational staff, and respond to violations according to established guidelines and escalation models.
Operational crisis management: Coordinate actions between departments, act as a central point of contact during incidents or structural crises.
Communication & stakeholder management: Communicate clearly with employees about rules, changes, and measures, report to management, supervisors, and relevant stakeholders, and mediate conflicts and manage resistance within teams.
Structural improvement: Establish or improve compliance processes, controls, and KPIs, evaluate incidents and implement improvement initiatives, train and coach employees and managers in compliance and safety awareness.
