Ph3Are you ready to join us? /h3 pJoin the Safety Compliance team at Sabena Engineering to supervise all safety and compliance matters across our civil aviation operational departments. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the compliance/safety management system activities, including hazard identification and risk assessments. /li liPerform compliance/safety audits and issue associated reports, including monitoring the implementation of corrective/preventive actions. /li liAct as the quality/safety point of contact for customers, internal departments and authorities (BCAA and foreign authorities), handling day‑to‑day operations and external audits/visits at all Sabena Engineering sites. /li liProcess external and internal occurrence reports. /li liPerform internal safety investigations to derive safety recommendations for operational departments and follow up with production. /li liPrepare training material and deliver training related to compliance and safety procedures. /li liMonitor and assess regulatory changes and inform stakeholders. /li liSupport the maintenance of approved manuals, develop/review quality/safety procedures, recommendations and solutions in close cooperation with involved department representatives. /li liManage the publication of company‑approved documentation. /li liFollow up on assigned compliance/safety KPIs. /li liParticipate in projects such as continuous improvement and regulatory scope extensions. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in civil or industrial engineering, or equivalent demonstrated experience. /li liMinimum of 3 years’ experience in the aviation industry, preferably in a compliance or safety environment. /li liKnowledge of aviation regulations, specifically for a PART 145 environment. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office and administrative skills. /li liAttention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to maintain independence and objectivity. /li liProcess‑ and improvement‑oriented mindset. /li liDynamic, flexible attitude; passionate about aviation and eager to learn and grow. /li liFluency in English and French or Dutch with excellent communication skills. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liJoin a passionate aviation family dedicated to success and customer satisfaction. /li liOpportunity to contribute to aviation expertise worldwide. /li liCompetitive package and skill‑development opportunities. /li liInclusive, diverse and growing company offering plentiful learning opportunities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
