Responsibilities:

Process Optimization and Automation:
* Design and implement processes to enhance efficiency and streamline our mobility operations, integrating automation solutions to increase efficiency.
* Support the operational aspects of mobility solutions, ensuring seamless execution.
HR Integration:
* Collaborate within the HR team to ensure that fleet and mobility initiatives align with HR policies and practices.
* Integrate HR considerations into mobility solutions, including talent management, employee experience, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
