Location: Mont-Saint-Guibert or GentAs Solution Consultant, you’re the person who makes Verity’s product work for real customers - translating their business processes into precise configurations, guiding them through go-live, and leaving them with a solution they trust.THE ROLE IN ONE PARAGRAPHYou own the end-to-end functional delivery of customer onboarding on the Verity SaaS platform. From requirements gathering to UAT and handover, you bridge the gap between client business needs and product configuration - designing data mappings, documenting business flows, and making sure every customer goes live with confidence. You fit the need to the standard product - not the product to the need – and are expected to challenge requirements that would push us toward bespoke customization.WHAT YOU'LL DOGather and analyse customer requirements for platform onboardingChallenge requirements and steer toward standard capabilities to avoid unnecessary customizationConfigure the Verity SaaS platform to match business processes and rulesDesign and execute data mappings and migration plansCreate business flow documentation and solution runbooksOwn the functional solution while the Project Manager owns scope, planning and client coordination Support clients through UAT: prepare test scenarios, track issues, drive resolutionAct as technical liaison between the client and Verity’s product teamContribute to handover documentation and knowledge transferSupport live operations, handle change requests, deliver platform evolutions after go-liveShare field insights with product teams to improve the platformWHAT YOU BRING3+ years of experience in SaaS implementation or functional consulting A product mindset that translates needs into standard configuration and protects upgradabilityStrong understanding of utility or energy business processes (metering, billing, settlement)Hands-on experience with product configuration, data mapping or business analysisAbility to translate complex requirements into clear, workable solutionsComfortable facilitating UAT and working directly with client stakeholdersStructured and documentation-minded - you leave things better than you found themFluent in English and French; Dutch is an assetAI-native mindset: proactively integrates AI tools into everyday workflows to maximise efficiency and outputWHY VERITY?Ownership from day one.
