PpUnder the direction of Head Project Management Office will perform duties such as the following: /p ul liThe planning, implementation and management of assigned projects in accordance with the appropriate NATO regulations and NCI Agency project management policies and procedures; /li liDevelopment of procurement strategy, benefit risk analyses, business case to secure sponsor acceptance and funding; /li liExecute the necessary Quality Assurance functions essential to the successful delivery of capability and services; /li liTake responsibility for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution; /li liDeliver projects within defined Time, Cost and Quality tolerances; /li liThe identification, planning and allocation of resources to meet project milestones and/or initiate corrective actions when necessary; /li liSupervise (directly or part of a Matrix environment) teams and individuals project team members; /li liEnsure that realistic project plans are maintained and ensure regular and accurate communication to stakeholders; /li liParticipate in other project management related activities; /li liUndertake relevant technical support activities; /li liDeputize for higher grade staff; /li liSupport other teams in PM related activities, if required; /li liPerform other duties as may be required /li /ul h3Requirements Description /h3 ul liA recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE 2 Practitioner / Project Management Professional (PMP). The lack of formal qualifications can be compensated by the demonstration of expertise and experience in the domain; /li liRecent extensive Project Management experience (at least three years) in a large scale IT organization; /li liKnowledge and experience in state-of-the-art technologies, relevant to the work, i.e., software development platforms, BusinessIntelligence toolsets (e.g., PowerBI); /li liProven ability to communicate effectively orally, using tact and diplomacy, and in writing with good briefing skills; /li liProven success as a project team manager/leader in NCIA or NATO; /li liITIL Foundation Level Certification; /li liPractical knowledge and experience in Project Management automation (Service Now and Enterprise Resource Planning and other collaboration tools; /li liKnowledge of NATO or national governmental acquisition policy and procurement procedures; /li liPrior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements; /li liKnowledge of NATO responsibilities and organization, including ACO and ACT. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
