Your Role
* Define, implement, and maintain the company's Information Security, Risk Management, and IT Service Continuity strategy.
* Work within the CISO team and report directly to the CISO, collaborating with Business & IT teams, Enterprise Architects, DPO, and Internal Audit.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain ISMS Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Guidelines
* Implement cybersecurity standards aligned with the CCB Cyber Fundamentals framework
* Ensure compliance with regulations such as NIS2
* Coordinate security projects and provide tactical advice to IT and non-IT initiatives
* Manage security incidents and coordinate forensic activities
* Promote security awareness across the company
* Conduct information and IT risk analyses and maintain risk registers
* Lead IT resilience and disaster recovery initiatives
* Assess and improve IT Service Continuity and recovery readiness
Your Profile
Masters degree preferred or Bachelor with relevant experience.
Open to both junior and experienced professionals - motivation and skills matter more than years of experience.
Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (datacentre, GCP, Azure)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Pragmatic, reliable, and team-oriented
Fluent in French and Dutch - a solid base in both is required
Languages
