Aubay Belgium supports its clients’ digital transformation by combining people, technology, and excellence. To support growth in Brussels, the company is expanding its Sales & Talent Acquisition team and is looking for a Junior IT Recruiter. The role is key to the Talent Acquisition strategy, managing the recruitment process end‑to‑end and contributing to Aubay’s attractiveness on the Belgian IT market while partnering closely with internal teams and candidates.
Your Tasks
(Following an initial training and onboarding period)
* Support the IT recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to follow-up activities
* Identify potential candidates (permanent and freelance) via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
* Participate in candidate pre-screenings and assist in interview coordination
* Maintain candidate data and update records in the ATS
* Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pool in Belgium
* Ensure regular follow-up with candidates and contribute to a positive candidate experience
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs
* Assist in tracking recruitment activities and KPIs with the support of senior recruiters
* Provide first-level support to candidates (CV review, interview tips)
Your Profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or about to graduate)
* Strong interest in recruitment and IT profiles
* First experience (internship, student job, project) in recruitment, HR or sourcing is a plus
* Genuine curiosity for IT roles and technologies, with willingness to learn continuously
* Good communication skills, active listening, and critical thinking
* Well-organized, proactive, and eager to learn how to manage multiple tasks
* Team player with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
* Languages: French & English mandatory, Dutch is a strong asset
