We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT support team based in Leuven. This role offers the opportunity to work within a modern Microsoft 365 environment, providing high-quality workplace support while contributing to continuous service improvements and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for workplace-related queries via Microsoft Teams, email, and ServiceNow.
* Manage service requests and resolve operational incidents, escalating to external partners when required.
* Administer and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Admin Centre settings.
* Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of complex technical issues.
* Liaise directly with end users, technical experts, and third-party support teams to drive issue resolution.
Skills & Experience Required
* Degree in IT or equivalent practical experience within an IT support or helpdesk environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of:
* Windows 10 and Windows 11
* Microsoft 365
* Microsoft Teams
* SharePoint
* Entra ID (Azure AD)
