BMS Project Manager
We are supporting a leading European building automation specialist with the expansion of their Belgian delivery team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BMS Project Manager to take ownership of complex, high-value smart building projects across commercial, data centre, and critical infrastructure environments.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Building Management Systems projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. Acting as the key interface between clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will oversee both technical and commercial project execution.

Responsibilities
* Lead full lifecycle delivery of BMS / building automation projects from design through to commissioning and handover
* Manage project budgets, schedules, risk, and resources
* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, commissioning specialists, and subcontractors
* Act as primary client contact, ensuring strong stakeholder relationships throughout delivery
* Oversee system integration, commissioning, and validation activities
* Ensure compliance with relevant technical standards, specifications, and safety regulations
* Support pre-sales and tendering activities where required
* Drive project profitability and identify variation opportunities
Desired Experience
* Proven experience delivering BMS or building automation projects in a project management capacity
* Strong understanding of systems such as HVAC controls, Trend, Siemens, Schneider, Distech, or similar platforms
* Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or building services (preferred)
* Experience in commercial, pharmaceutical, data centre, or critical environment projects is highly desirable
* Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
