Role Overview
Associate Account Manager – Sao Paulo Travel Partnerships and Advertising helps partners, including hotels, vacation rentals, airlines, destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and more, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. The primary responsibility is to develop and maintain a high-quality portfolio of relevant, attractive, and competitive hotel and property products for Expedia Group’s fast-growing global traveler base.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and sustain strong partner relationships as a trusted advisor by providing relevant data insights to drive revenue and partner engagement.
* Grow and optimize an account portfolio focusing on the adoption of EG's full suite of products and tools.
* Use a consultative approach to uncover the needs of an account and align the best solution to add value to the partner and the traveler.
* Ensure partner hotels' product (content, promotions, rates, and availability) is consistently optimized and competitive on the Expedia sites to maximize customer conversion.
* Represent Expedia in the local market, embodying the company's ethos and fostering strategic partnerships to elevate our brand presence.
* 30% of travel may be required for market visits.
* Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience and college/university or master’s degree; degree in Hospitality, Tourism or Business Administration is a plus but not required; or equivalent related professional experience.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
