We are looking for an experienced and visionary Technical Director to lead our engineering and IT operations, drive innovation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technology solutions. This is a strategic leadership role for someone passionate about technology, product excellence, team management, and operational impact.
Your Mission
As Technical Director, you will oversee the company's entire technical ecosystem, including software development, infrastructure, QA, deployment, and internal IT operations. You will play a key role in shaping the company's technology roadmap while ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multidisciplinary technical teams (Development, Infrastructure, QA, Support)
Ensure high-quality software delivery, system stability, and operational excellence
Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and product scalability
Monitor project timelines, code quality, technical debt, SLA compliance, and security standards
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Program Managers, and country operations teams to align technology with business needs
Supervise technical analysis and solution design for new products and services
Build and maintain a long‑term IT roadmap aligned with company objectives
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection standards
Act as the main point of contact with national cybersecurity authorities and external security partners
Support production sites and contribute to the deployment of new contracts and projects
Identify technical risks proactively and propose effective mitigation strategies
Report achievements, performance indicators, and operational risks to executive management

Technical Expertise
Strong experience in software development and engineering leadership
Solid understanding of distributed architectures and scalable systems
Expertise in software design methodologies (Agile, V-Model)
Strong knowledge of databases, networking, infrastructure, and software lifecycle management
Experience in project and team management
Ability to make strategic technical decisions in complex environments
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead and inspire technical teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities

Qualifications
Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Fluent in English and French
Previous experience in an international or multi-site environment is a strong advantage
