We are now expanding our sales reach and we’re hiring 5 mid-level Sales Representatives to join our growing fiber sales team. This is a high-activity, high-volume sales role designed for professionals who are motivated by performance and want to maximize their earnings through commissions.
About the role
This is not a relationship-based closing position. We are building a high-volume sales engine, and success in this role comes from speed, consistency, and discipline.
You’ll be expected to handle a large number of daily outbound calls, generate opportunities, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
* Sell wireless plans, iPhones, and internet services to English-speaking customers in the U.S.
* Guide clients through the sales process and assist with onboarding
* Make 80–120 outbound calls per day
* Engage prospects and generate sales opportunities
* Maintain consistent follow-ups
* Update and manage leads in the CRM system
* Track and improve conversion performance
* Meet weekly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
* 1–3 years of sales experience
* Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment
* Strong discipline and consistency in daily activity
* Coachable and open to feedback
* Fluency in English OR Spanish
