IT Risk Specialist - Banking | 1-Year Mission (Hybrid) Role Overview For a 1-year mission, we are looking for an IT Risk Specialist to support IT risk activities within a banking environment. This is a hybrid position requiring strong autonomy and the ability to operate in complex, high-risk IT areas .
English is mandatory.
The role requires negotiation and influencing skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail .
You will primarily interact with internal stakeholders, including CISO Management, CISO Team Leaders, Risk Management, and Audit. You will also maintain close relationships with IT risk ambassadors from other areas to leverage expertise and ensure alignment of approaches.
Key Responsibilities Support the IT division in risk identification, analysis, response, and monitoring .
Produce regular reporting, ensuring accuracy and high quality.
Perform quality reviews and trend analyses .
Support IT departments in providing appropriate evidence for the closure of mitigating actions and related issues.
Play an active role in IT Risk Champions and Ambassadors forums and initiatives to strengthen the risk culture.
Coordinate and participate in the monthly IT Risk Champions & Ambassadors Forum .
Work closely with Risk Management to integrate new or enhanced components of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Framework .
Take initiatives to document and communicate in order to increase risk and control awareness, knowledge, and expertise.
Drive a continuous improvement mindset in risk management processes and controls.
Work autonomously to identify process improvement opportunities and anticipate future risk governance needs .
