Position overview
We are seeking an experienced OT Security Expert with strong skills in both IT and OT networking, including expertise in ISC/SCADA systems and a solid understanding of the ISA/IEC 62443 standard. The expert will play a key role in bridging local operational teams and central IT/OT management, ensuring robust cybersecurity across industrial environments.
Key responsibilities
Act as the interface between local business teams (labs, shopfloor, facility management) and central IT/OT management
Ensure compliance with industrial security policies by monitoring and supporting the implementation of security measures
Strengthen the security posture of OT/ICS systems by coordinating cybersecurity initiatives across regional sites
Provide regional coordination during cybersecurity incidents and oversee remediation plans
Monitor and support the deployment of preventive security measures tailored to industrial environments
