2+ years of experience in a Legal Department or in a law firm practicing business, commercial and corporate laws.
Experience as an attorney with diverse international activity would be a significant advantage.
Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations.
Having a broad perspective and being able to manage complex cases and situations.
Proactive, with excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in contract management and legal compliance (able to draft and review contracts/legal documents in English – compulsory)
Proficiency in Dutch and English language.
Dedicated, committed and having problem‑solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position requires business travels (about 3 trips abroad/year).
