Responsibilities
Actively contribute to Leadership Team discussions, shaping the European growth and operating strategy while defining the future Supply Chain operating model in collaboration with ExCom.
Lead and develop experienced supply chain teams in a high-tenure environment, building credibility and trust quickly while maintaining constructive dialogue with unions and motivating team members without destabilizing operations.
Secure the successful launch and ramp-up of greenfield plants, ensuring flawless execution to protect the company’s OEM reputation and drive optimization of end-to-end flows and transport solutions with a focus on margin improvement.
Partner closely with Procurement to ensure transport negotiations and sourcing decisions are effectively managed, while overseeing external warehousing solutions to translate additional capacity into increased turnover and margin.
Lead automation and digitalization initiatives, while supporting Sales and Business Development in developing value-added supply chain and logistics services that enhance customer loyalty and revenue.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar end-to-end supply chain management role, preferably within international OEM automotive manufacturing.
Strong track record as a change manager, with successful implementations of improvement processes.
In-depth knowledge of supply chain management practices and systems (e.g., ERP, Odoo).
An inspiring people manager who motivates, develops and engages teams.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Fluent in English. French and German are assets.
Readiness to travel 30% of the time.
The position is on payroll. Candidates working on independent basis will not be accepted.
