At Swapfiets, we’re on a mission to make biking the easy, sustainable choice for everyone. We keep our members on the go by providing a high-quality ride including free check-ups and repairs. Responsibilities
How you pedal us forward!
* Work in the store and deliver outstanding Swapfiets service to members;
* You’re the first point of contact for (potential) members, helping them set up a new subscription or providing support with any issues they might have;
* Providing sales through service and identifying what product(s) would best fit the member, to contribute to our commercial targets;
* You keep the shop clean, tidy and organized;
* You will drive around the city by car to help our members;
* Perform small bike repairs and preventive maintenance on our Swapfiets bikes on site and in the store, so our members can happily keep biking;
* Swap out bikes, if they can’t be repaired on the spot, and drive them to our Store/Warehouse;
Requirements
The gear you need!
* In possession of a driver's license (for a minimum period of 6 months);
* Available to work a minimum of 9 hours per week on weekdays, with occasional availability on Saturdays;
* Understand and speak English (and French);
* Affinity with bikes and service;
* Whether working independently or as part of a team, you always work successfully!;
