Job Description
The scope of our contract is to bring assistance with a right-hand Project Lead, in the context of stabilizing and enhancing industrial IT infrastructures built on containerization, distributed event-driven systems, and OpenShift-based platforms supporting UNS deployments.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the UNS team and business units to ensure system connectivity and performance.
* Coordinate interventions within ITSM support levels 1/2/3.
* Pilot maintenance activities, security scanning, and OLA management.
* Support UNS deployment by administering and deploying containerized solutions while orchestrating linked components.
* Drive observability through monitoring, alerting, reporting, and incident follow-up.
* Follow and analyze Run KPIs and propose action plans.
* Diagnose and resolve incidents in ITSM levels 1/2/3.
* Review incidents to recommend improvements for infrastructure robustness.
* Define and implement Run processes for IT infrastructure on an OpenShift environment.
* Ensure observability through monitoring, alerting, reporting, and tracking of incidents.
* Execute ITSM support activities at levels 1/2/3, including diagnostics and resolutions.
* Implement maintenance tasks, security scanning, and OLA management.
* Deploy UNS components including OpenShift, Podman, Node-Red, MQTT broker, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS connections, and industrial systems.
* Administer containerization and orchestration tools enabling UNS deployment.
* Maintain infrastructure availability and robustness across Run operations.
Experience and Qualifications
* Higher education in IT or industrial infrastructure with strong knowledge of OpenShift.
* Proven experience in RUN or operational IT roles in demanding or critical environments.
* Strong command of orchestration tools such as OpenShift and Podman, and distributed technologies such as Node-Red, MQTT, Kafka, PostgreSQL, AWS.
* Solid capabilities in IT security, monitoring, and IT support.
* Demonstrated rigor, analytical mindset, service orientation, and coordination skills.
* An entrepreneurial experience or ambition is a plus.
* Immediate availability is preferred.
