Account Sales Manager (B to B) About the job CHC Navigation (LATAM) is looking for a results-oriented
Account Sales Manager (B to B) -
to join its team. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of
business development and dealer managemen
t experience in LATAM; and proven experience of features-benefit-solutions selling in a
high-tech environment for Geospatial industries
(e.g.
surveying
, construction, mapping, GIS, marine survey…).
In this hands-on role, you will identify and recruit new dealers, support and develop existing distributors and manage key accounts in
Brazil
for our positioning and navigation solutions.
About the role Achieve regional sales targets, maximize sales volumes and develop maximum market share Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives. Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities. Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities. Respond to, track and close sales inquiries in cooperation with distributors. Visit customers and conduct hands-on demonstrations to effectively convert business leads into orders Propose, organize and participate in trade shows, events and promotional roadshows. Generate, develop and nurture new market opportunities. Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
About you A minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries (GNSS positioning/navigation, Li DAR mapping,
unmanned
surveying
, construction engineering, GIS,
land surveying
) is a must. Fluency in Portuguese and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory. Experience in international dealer management is a plus for this position. Results oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit. Possesses strong negotiation and must be an excellent face-to-face communicator. Must be an excellent face-to-face communicator.
Travel Requirements This position requires frequent travel in LATAM (approximately 50%) to visit business partner/clients, trade shows and strategic accounts.
