As Implementation Manager, you'll own the successful delivery of customer implementations from kickoff to go-live. You'll act as the bridge between customers, Product, and Engineering, ensuring projects are delivered on time, aligned with customer needs, and scalable within our product vision.
This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and direct influence on customer success.
đ What you'll do
⢠Lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
⢠Manage scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
⢠Serve as the primary customer contact throughout delivery
⢠Translate customer requirements into scalable product configurations
⢠Guide customers towards best-practice adoption of the platform
⢠Coordinate Product, Engineering, and customer teams
⢠Support implementation planning, testing, validation, and go-live activities
𧊠What will help you succeed
Essentials
⢠3+ years of experience delivering SaaS implementations, software projects, or similar customer-facing technology initiatives
⢠Strong project and stakeholder management skills
⢠Experience working with enterprise customers or complex business environments
⢠Ability to challenge requirements and guide customers towards scalable solutions
⢠Professional proficiency in English and native-level Dutch or French
Nice to have
⢠Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
⢠Familiarity with Agile environments and tools such as Jira and Confluence
⢠Experience in banking, insurance, compliance, or other regulated industries
⢠Exposure to testing, validation, or delivery management activities
