SAP P2D – Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Senior Consultant / Lead – Stefanini Latam Digital is looking for a highly experienced professional to join a strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative within the manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement SAP S/4HANA S&OP solutions across demand and supply planning processes.
* Configure and optimize SAP planning platforms including SAP IBP, SAP APO and SAP S&OP.
* Develop forecasting models, inventory optimization strategies, and scenario planning capabilities.
* Ensure integration across Supply Chain, Production, Procurement, Sales, and Finance.
* Lead workshops with business stakeholders and define planning workstream scopes and timelines.
* Coordinate data integration and support end‑to‑end planning transformation initiatives.
* Improve forecast accuracy, inventory efficiency, and service level performance through analytics‑driven decision making.
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of experience working with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA planning solutions.
* Strong hands‑on expertise with SAP IBP, SAP APO, and SAP S&OP.
* Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Optimization.
* Proven experience within the Manufacturing industry (MANDATORY).
* Automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
* Participation in at least 1–2 full lifecycle SAP implementations.
* Advanced / Fluent English communication skills (MANDATORY).
* Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
