Service Desk – 1st and 2nd line

We’re looking for 2 proactive, service‑driven Service desk Specialist to join a fast‑moving pharma/biotech environment where technology directly supports critical scientific and business work.


This is a hands‑on role with a strong Level 1 or Level 2 support focus, supporting both remote and on‑site employees, and working closely with enterprise platforms such as IAM, ServiceNow, and collaboration tools.

What you’ll be doing

* Providing first‑line (Level 1) or second line (level 2) IT support as a core part of your role
* Supporting remote and on‑site users across standard digital workplace tooling
* Handling incidents, requests, and user issues via ServiceNow
* Supporting identity and access management (IAM) activities (Okta experience highly desirable)
* Working in a regulated pharma/biotech environment, following defined processes and controls
* Escalating effectively while owning issues end‑to‑end until resolution


What we’re looking for

* 3–5+ years’ experience in a comparable IT support / digital workplace role
* Experience working in pharma, biotech, or other regulated industries
* Strong hands‑on experience with Level 1 support and user-facing service delivery
* Experience with IAM platforms (Okta ideal, IAM experience required)
* Solid experience using ServiceNow for incident and request management
* Comfortable supporting hybrid workforces (remote & on‑site)
* Super proactive, organised, reliable, and responsive — with a genuine desire to help
* Fluent in English and Flemish is essential
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or cloud certifications are a plus
