As a key link between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing order processing from entry to invoicing, ensuring both administrative and commercial accuracy
* Monitoring execution conditions and ensuring on-time delivery
* Acting as a main point of contact for customers across all communication channels
* Handling outbound calls, follow-ups, and reminders
* Actively contributing to customer development and retention within a long-term partnership approach
You will also support the company's digital transformation and ensure coordination with international teams.
* Fluent in Dutch and French
* Good command of English is a plus
* 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability
* Customer-focused with a collaborative mindset
