Do you have the vision and drive to shape health equity at a global scale? We’re looking for an inspiring and entrepreneurial Health Equity Impact Business Head to design and implement innovative, sustainable business models that expand access to care for underserved populations
About the role
In this global leadership role, you will support the design and execution of innovative health equity business models through multi‑stakeholder partnerships, reporting to the Head of Health Equity Impact. You will embed a health equity lens across strategy and operations, enabling systemic change through integrated, outcome‑based approaches. You will act as an “architect” of impact—co‑designing transformative solutions that are externally grounded, financially sustainable, and adaptable to local needs. By leveraging partnerships, data, and cross‑functional collaboration, you will help ensure that UCB reaches patients who are too often left behind.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate closely with global, regional, local, and asset teams across the UCB value chain, as well as with various external stakeholders. You will also represent UCB in external health equity forums and roundtables.
What will you do
1. Provide matrix leadership to expand timely outreach to underserved populations.
2. Design and launch business models with a health equity focus.
3. Use data insights to identify underserved groups and barriers to access.
4. Build and manage strategic partnerships across sectors.
5. Develop financial plans, oversee P&L, track KPIs, and ensure sustainability.
6. Lead pilots and support scaling of effective solutions.
7. Establish a centre of excellence for best practices in health equity.
8. Ensure execution, transparency, and compliance with standards.
9. Communicate health equity initiatives aligned with corporate strategy.
