Amazon.com.br is looking for a Product Manager to play an important role within the Brazil Retail team. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, customer-focused and have an ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Key job responsibilities
* Scope and execute the strategy for product expansion in Brazil.
* Lead planning and execution of product roadmap to expand Amazon's product capabilities in Brazil.
* Collaborate with Tax, Accounting, Legal and Public Policy teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.
* Drive end-to-end product development from ideation to launch for new product capabilities.
* Create Working Backwards documents detailing requirements and user stories for engineering.
* Manage tradeoffs between short-term wins and long-term strategic bets.
* Develop the long‑term strategy for product expansions in Brazil.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
* Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
