Job description

You will join a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment based in Herentals, where ownership, accuracy and the ability to prioritize are key to success. As a Customer Operations Coordinator, you will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between customers, logistics partners and internal departments such as production, planning and sales.


Key Responsibilities

* Act as a daily point of contact for customers, internal departments and logistics partners

* Process customer orders accurately in SAP

* Monitor and follow up deliveries, collections and transportation activities

* Ensure the correct administrative processing of orders and shipping documentation

* Coordinate with transport companies regarding deliveries, documentation and timelines

* Handle customer complaints, issues and deviations in a professional and transparent manner

* Align customer orders with production, planning and sales teams

* Provide administrative support related to invoicing and credit notes

* Contribute to the smooth flow of customer service and logistics operations

* Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality within the system


Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and well organized professional who enjoys working in an operational environment and can easily switch between different priorities.


Requirements

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience

* Experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination or supply chain support is a strong asset

* Customer oriented mindset with strong problem solving skills

* Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

* Professional communication skills in Dutch, French and English, both written and spoken

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

* Experience with SAP is mandatory

* Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities during busy periods

* Team player with a hands on mentality and a strong sense of ownership

* Flexible, adaptable and open to change

* Strong administrative and coordination skills
