About The Role
As a Growth Strategy Manager, you will be a key architect of Fever’s expansion across the region. You won’t just execute projects; you will own the growth roadmap, defining how we build our business model and partner portfolio. Working at the intersection of data, marketing, and business development, you will lead key projects and partners that drive our success in Canada.
* Market Growth and Leadership: Define and lead the business plan for key expansion areas and partners, driving projects that impact product prioritisation and localized revenue optimisation.
* Strategic Leadership: Act as a lead advisor to top‑tier strategic partners, leveraging Fever’s proprietary data and technology to help partners succeed and grow.
* Strategic Impact: Move beyond analysis to implementation, leading projects that turn complex data into actionable business cases and taking full accountability for key business metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
* Operational Excellence: Optimise new business streams and cross‑functional workflows to keep operations lean, efficient, and capable of supporting rapid growth across diverse markets.
* Global Stakeholder Management: Work closely with key regional stakeholders (Country and Regional General Managers) across APAC markets to help them build business cases for local marketing and technology needs within Fever’s global product and marketing capabilities.
About You
We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
* At least 4‑5 years in an analytical business role with experience in strategy consulting, fast‑growing startups, or investment banking; proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable business growth.
* Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
* Analytical skills: Ability to leverage data, make strategic business decisions, and craft convincing narratives for senior stakeholders.
* Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to manage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across different cultures and disciplines.
* Mindset: Proactive problem‑solver who can handle ambiguity and make high‑stakes decisions. Passionate about industry trends and eager to explore new growth opportunities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
* Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
* Technical skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R is preferred.
* Willingness to relocate to Buenos Aires.
