Operations Lead and organize daily activities
Ensure high‑quality service and customer satisfaction
Manage suppliers and subcontractors
Oversee safety, sustainability, and efficient processes
People Management Recruit, coach, and develop employees
Conduct performance evaluations and follow-up
Foster a strong, motivating team culture
Finance Manage budgets and monitor results
Optimize costs and margins
Oversee invoicing, cash flow, and financial KPIs
Sales & Business Development Develop and execute a commercial strategy
Proactively identify and seize new opportunities
Maintain strong client relationships (key accounts)
