We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Healthcare Tech B2B focused on identifying and creating new business opportunities for technology solutions within the healthcare sector.

This role is key to driving the company’s growth by building a strong and qualified sales pipeline. We’re looking for someone with a “hunter” mindset—someone who enjoys opening doors, initiating conversations, and generating interest among clinics, hospitals, and the broader healthcare ecosystem.


What You’ll Do

* Identify and generate new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
* Build and manage a qualified pipeline through active prospecting (outreach, networking, referrals, and research).
* Conduct outbound activities such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn engagement to connect with decision-makers.
* Qualify leads by understanding client needs and identifying potential fit with technology solutions.
* Schedule meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to the sales team.
* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and pipeline progress.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, healthcare providers).
* Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and alignment.


What We’re Looking For

* Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or business development .
* Strong “hunter” profile with a track record of creating opportunities from scratch.
* Experience targeting healthcare organizations (clinics, hospitals, healthtech companies, etc.)
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
* Professional level of English; Spanish is a plus.
